Due to taxation reasons, the dinner ticket is listed separately at the registration - do get confused by the difference in the fees. When adding the dinner fee, you get the correct total fee.
In order to get the GI-member-rebate (20 €) please indicate your membership number.
Students have to present a valid confirmation of enrolment at the conference desk.

The ticket for the conference dinner is included in the registration fee for regular participants (Representatives of Companies, Professors) and scientific assistants (PhD students).
During registration we ask you to specify the conference tracks you definitely intend to participate in order to support the program planning. It is very important that you indicate whether you are an author of one of the conference tracks.
Cancellations are free unitl 14.01.2008, after then, no refunding is possible.
Conference Proceedings
The majority of the conference tracks are published in the general conference proceedings. Some tracks are publishing their papers in special proceedings. Please indicate with your registration which of these proceedings you would like to have included in you registration fee, the general proceedings or one of the special proceedings. The general proceedings as well as the special proceedings can be bought additionally.
Please note that for authors of tracks with special proceedings the special proceedings are always included in the registration fee. The general proceedings can be bought additionally.
Please note that the conference proceedings of some conferences will be printed after the MKWI08. As the case may be you will receive the proceedings in 2008 later on.
Tutorials
Tutorials will be available for being booked not later than the beginning of January. Participants already registered for the conference may add tutorials to their registration. The following tutorials will be offered:

Unfortunately, the following tutorial has to be cancelled, due to the low number of participants: SAP in a nutshell.
Fees already paid are refunded at the conference, at the registration counter.

Social Program
In addition to the conference program, you can select activities of the social program that are charged additionally.

Accomodation
The deadline for hotel reservations has passed. In case you need mor than five rooms, please write directly to mkwi08@interplan.de.

The prices are per room and overnight stay, including breakfast.
Reservations can be done on the online registration form.
Besides the hotels listet above, the hotel „Hoyacker Hof“
in Garching offers rooms, too. Reservations can be made directly there
until 4.2.08, please state thereby keyword “MKWI08”. The
phone number is 089-326 99 00. The rate per single room is € 77,-
per night, including breakfast.
Cancelation Condiations:
Cancelations of room reservations are free until the 10th of January,
2008, and have to be sent in written from to INTERPLAN AG. If cancellations
are made after the 10th of January, the hotel has the right to charge
the whole time the reservation has been made for.
Your credit card will be charged for costs resulting from premature
departure, delayed arrival or not arriving at all.
Please take into consideration that we can not guarantee that rooms are available after the 10th of January, 2008. After the 10th of January, room reservations can only be made on enquiry.
